Program
Jellybean Junction provides care for:
Infants - (6 weeks -18 months)
Toddlers - (18 months -3 years)
Preschool children - (3-5 years)
School age children - (5-12 years)
Children attending elementary school during the day may enroll in the school age program for holidays, summer and before and after school programs.
Who do we serve?
Jellybean Junction is part of the New York State Child Care Initiative. As one of the New York State Family Benefits Network Centers, the center provides child care for the employess of Buffalo Psychiatric Center and other State employees.
The Board of Directors has estabilished enrollment priorties for Jellybean Junction as follows:
1. children of BPC employees and children of State employees working on the Buffalo Psychiatric Campus.
2. Grandchildren of BPC employees.
3. Children of all other New York State employees.
4. Children from the community-at-large.
Children are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. Once accepted into the program, children will maintain that space until they either relinquish the slot or age out of the program. A waiting list will be established when demand exceeds the available space. As openings become available, families will be called upon in order of priority.
Tuition
A weekly fee will be payable in advance either weekly or bi-weekly.
Health
Each child must have a current physical examination with the appropriate forms from Jellybean Junction completed by his or her physician. Up to date immunization must be included with the completed physical forms.
